These T&Cs and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our T&Cs are meant for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we gladly consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the UK, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Thus, you may not order any products or make use of any promotions not permitted under your local law.
A Contract between the customer and Percy Loves Lulu for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched and payment from the buyer’s credit/debit card taken. This does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
Prices, Payment & Taxes
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to make sure that all prices on display on our website are accurate. Should we change a price after you place an order we will inform you by email before we process the order and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. However, the correct price will always appear on the email that we send you when we have processed your order.
All prices on this website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are exclusive of delivery charges. We are not VAT registered. You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the order package reaches the destination address as we have no control over these charges. All transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and payments must be in Pounds Sterling (£). We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Amex.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to make sure that our products are described as accurately as possible. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the computer system or any browser software you use. All our products are handmade from natural products and some slight variation in tone, pattern and texture may occur from time to time. These are not flaws but reflect their unique and handcrafted nature.
Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer
Percy Loves Lulu does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its agents or proprietors or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Percy Loves Lulu nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Percy Loves Lulu or any of its agents or proprietors or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of saving or loss of profit), expenses, costs or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

No person who is not a party to these T&Cs shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
Notices
Any notice, which we are required to give you regarding the services/order, may be sent by email or first-class post to the address provided by you when contacting us or placing an order with us. Unless otherwise specified, notices to us shall be in writing and may be served by sending them by recorded delivery post to Percy Loves Lulu, PO Box 708, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 6LA, England.
Notices sent by email by Percy Loves Lulu are deemed received 24 hours after an email is sent unless we receive a failure notice that the email address is invalid. Registered mail and first-class post will be deemed received three (3) days following the date of mailing.
